commercial rentals
Our radio, TV, and podcasting studios are available for commercial productions.
As a Corporate Sponsor, Organizational Member, or Individual Member, you receive a 25% discount on rentals, with equipment training included in your membership. Please note that MCM staff assistance and on-air broadcasting are limited to non-commercial productions only. Browse our FAQ page for more info about “non-commercial”.
If you are not a corporate sponsor nor a member with us:
Our equipment is still available to you for commercial productions at our standard, highly competitive rates.

$75/per hour
Studio comes equipped with up to four (4) professional microphones and digital audio workstation.

$60/per hour
Studio comes equipped with three (3) professional Sony cameras, teleprompter, 3-point lighting setup, professional microphones, set dressing, and Television Control Room.

$50/per hour
Studio comes equipped with four (4) professional microphones and an audio mixer.

$200/per hour
Recorded live with an on-site engineer in our Radio Production Studio.
Studio is equipped with digital audio workstation, inputs for up to 16 microphones, and audio mixer.

Sign Agreement
If your production is approved, we’ll send you an agreement outlining rental and equipment standards.
Schedule Studio Time
When the agreement is signed and sent back to us, we will schedule studio time for your production.
