Mobile equipment is available at MCM for commercial field productions.

As a Corporate Sponsor, Organizational Member, or Individual Member, you receive a 25% discount on rentals, with equipment training included in your membership. Please note that MCM staff assistance and on-air broadcasting are limited to non-commercial productions only. Browse our FAQ page for more info about “non-commercial”.

  • $65/day per camera (maximum of three (3) Sony cameras checked out at once, when available)

    $10/day per microphone (handheld and lavalier microphones)

    • Two (2) 125 GB SD cards (to be returned after use) per camera.

    • Soft carry case per camera.

    • AA batteries and charging blocks for all equipment.

    • One (1) XLR cable per camera.

    • One (1) microphone stand per dynamic microphone.

    • One (1) headset per camera.

  • $15/day per camera (maximum of three (3) cameras checked out at once, when available).

    $10/day per microphone (handheld and lavalier microphones).

    Kit includes:

    • Two (2) 125 GB SD cards (to be returned after use) per camera.

    • Soft carry case per camera.

    • AA batteries and charging blocks for all equipment.

    • One (1) XLR cable per camera.

    • One (1) microphone stand per condenser microphone.

    • One (1) headset per camera.

Sign Agreement

If your production is approved, we’ll send you an agreement outlining rental and equipment standards.

Schedule Check-Out

When the agreement is signed and sent back to us, we will schedule a check-out time for your equipment.
